The key to work-life balance?

Jill Cotton, a career trends expert at Glassdoor, told Stylist how implementing a quiet weekend – when employees front-load their work to create space for a quieter end of the week – can help with work-life balance. “For those with a traditional Monday-to-Friday schedule, this often means clearing Fridays of long meetings, hard deadlines, highly collaborative activities or tasks that can’t be completed in a day. And for those with the flexibility to work from home, Fridays are a popular choice as they begin to wind down for the weekend,” she told the publication.

Internally you can use jargon to your heart's content, but this does not need to be passed onto your clients. If you were talking to an expert in a field you were new to, how would you like to be spoken to? Simple is best.
