My search for opportunities led me to The Unsung Crackers, an IT company run by a 17-year-old CEO. It amazed me to see such young leadership. I was tasked with leading a team of 10 people to work on Facebook’s ranking algorithm.

Within a month, my team delivered 1,000 followers, impressing the management. For the first time, I realized my potential to lead and achieve results. But I also began dreaming bigger.

One night, I presented a business plan to my team. “Why work for someone else when we can build something of our own?” I said. Inspired, my team resigned. Overnight, The Unsung Crackers lost 20 members, and SocialMeUp was born.
