Untapped

The Emotional (Energy in Motion) Intelligence of Executive women, is one of the most untapped sources of creation.

Yes, we all can create (both men and women), but the women's body carries 70% Feminine energy, compared to 30% in men's bodies. She has access to the ability to see and create things from nothing. 70% creation, 30% structure.

In a time of massive transformation of the world (new ways of working, balancing life and work, etc.) why do we not have more women in these positions guiding this creation process?

That is because most women (including those in executive positions) have suppressed their emotional Intelligence for the ability to have a seat at the table. Trying to be "one of the guys", holding strong opinions and sharp tongues to be heard. Which is the Masculine energy, making up only 30% of her power.

Imagine straining yourself in the 30% of the potential you have, just to be heard; then missing the mark in comparison to your peers, because they have 70% of that same power in them naturally. It's an exhausting cycle that leads to burnout and frustration.

Women at the table, this doesn't mean you need to "cry" in the boardroom. What it does mean is that by honoring your emotions, at all times, you can learn from them and tap into what others also need. It is like magic, as you choose to honor yourself in your emotions- you expose just how much of that same emotion is sitting in the organization. Your ideas and reflections end up representing the needs and desires of those who are on the same mission as you. You are the one sitting in the seat to represent them, to sign up for the projects, timelines, etc. It's a win-win all around, your needs/desires are taken care of, and those who didn't have the space to speak up, all of a sudden are now also taken care of.

For the Masculine energy, giving those ideas some space and attention will demonstrate ways of living, that even you didn't know you desired. After all, it is the very energy that brought you into this life.
