UNSTUCK in BUSINESS

UNSTUCK in BUSINESS

An ongoing series, sharing excerpts from my Book: FLOW MANIFEST.

The 'book' is really the narrative of a workshop program I lead business leaders through. If you desire a copy of the book, it is yours for the asking. If you want to know more about how the program works, I can share more of that with you as well.

Below is a good overview of what the program entails. Enjoy.

7 STACKS for FLOW in Business.? Getting UNSTUCK and creating BIGGER OUTCOMES for your business or team.?

BELIEF & BEHAVIOUR STACKS:

?

The program takes members through a 7-Stack Framework.? They are set up as modules that we will go through one by one.? Look upon them as BELIEF & BEHAVIOUR STACKS.? We work through them as a group as well as on an individual basis with the facilitator-coach.? There is a workbook that participants will download that supports all of the exercises contained in the program.? These are stackable concepts.? We use that word because it means that these are equal parts knowledge, distinction, philosophy, mindset and behaviour.? By going through, members will create new neural pathways (in their minds) that set up increased potential in their waking lives.?

?

Stack 1: Flow Concept

Summary: This foundational Stack explores the psychological state of Flow, emphasizing its significance in achieving peak performance and heightened productivity. It delves into the transformative power of being "in the zone," where distractions fade, and a sense of effortless control prevails. The discussion extends to the tangible benefits of Flow, including a potential 500% increase in productivity, as well as increased skill and mastery as evidenced by a growing body of research. This foundational concept sets the stage for understanding how Flow can be a catalyst for both personal and professional growth.

Stack 2: Your Relationship to Possible (& Impossible)

Summary: This Stack prompts a reflection on individual beliefs about what's possible and impossible, encouraging readers to examine their perspectives on achievement and limitation. Through exercises like "Clean the Slate" and "Object & Self Referral," it challenges readers to reassess their outlook on success and failure, ultimately fostering a mindset that embraces potential and productive flexibility. This Stack serves as a vital step in dismantling barriers to progress and envisioning a realm where limitations are transcended.? A foundation for new possibilities to occur.

Stack 3: Breakthrough Transformation vs Predictable Based on the Past

Summary: This Stack distinguishes between mere change and genuine transformation, pushing the reader to aim for breakthroughs that defy past limitations. It contrasts predictable outcomes, based on historical patterns, with transformative achievements that mark a significant departure from what has been previously experienced. By highlighting examples from the business world, such as Apple's iPhone and Netflix's pivot to streaming, it illustrates the impact of transformational thinking and the necessity of aspiring beyond conventional expectations.? This portion of the program sets up a new mindset for UNREASONABLE growth and helps us set bolder aspirations.

Stack 4: Setting a Vision

Summary: Stack 4 emphasizes and develops the critical function of imagination and vision in achieving one's goals. It sets the stage for envisioning a desired future as the first step toward bringing that future into existence. Through exercises designed to tap into and expand the reader's imagination, this Stack encourages a creative approach to goal setting and strategic planning. It lays the groundwork for turning abstract dreams into actionable plans, highlighting the transformative power of a well-articulated vision.

Stack 5: Letting Go

Summary: This Stack underscores and establishes the profound paradox of achieving your desires by being willing to let them go. It delves into the counterintuitive concept that the best outcomes often arise when we release our tight grip on expectations and desires. Letting go creates space for new possibilities, liberating us from the constraints of attachment and allowing for a FLOW of unexpected opportunities. It encourages embracing flexibility, thus making us more adaptable and open to the serendipitous events of life and business.

Stack 6: Shared Intention

Summary: Stack 6 marks a pivotal transition from individual vision to collective action, focusing on the power of Shared Intention within teams and organizations. It underscores the importance of aligning personal goals with a unified group purpose, facilitating a collaborative environment where every member contributes towards a common goal. This Stack provides strategies for forming a coherent, shared vision that resonates with all team members, thereby fostering a strong sense of commitment and enhancing collective effort towards achieving shared objectives.

Stack 7: Milestone Mapping

Summary: This Stack introduces the concept of Milestone Mapping, an essential process for translating visions and intentions into tangible outcomes. It stresses the importance of setting specific, achievable milestones that serve as guideposts on the path to realizing one's vision. Milestone Mapping involves a detailed breakdown of the steps needed to achieve each goal, encouraging a methodical approach to progress and providing a framework for accountability. This Stack is about the strategic planning and execution that turn abstract aspirations into concrete realities, highlighting the iterative process of refinement and adaptation as new insights emerge.

Participants are worked with as a group and also one-to-one.? Each member is provided a specific and personalized FLOW PRACTICE for them to follow after the program.? Additional one-to-one and group coaching is made available beyond the workshop to aid in ushering in these newfound visions for growth.? To help see the Milestones achieved until the set goals and visions have been mastered and achieved.?
