Unspoken Words: The Elephant In The Room

Greetings?
This weekend, I experienced a beautiful moment at my friend's surprise birthday party. I was sitting at the fire pit, absorbing the warmth from the chilly evening when my attention was drawn to a conversation next to me. My friend's husband was staring into her eyes and declaring how he knew from the moment he met her, how the room lit up when she walked into it.
He said, "I knew you were someone special the moment I saw you; whenever you walk into a room, the room lights up." This touched my heart and brought a smile to my lips. For one fleeting moment, I thought, "Wouldn't it be nice if someone felt the same about me and me about them, knowing that only the highest form of relationship will do, or nothing at all?" We all deserve it if we want it; there is no reason to accept or settle for less than what we deserve.?
This is why we're here – to live our most magnificent life on our own terms, in my opinion. In the end, for me, a good relationship is one where you're both growing and discovering together, with the relationship moving towards higher and higher levels. Ultimately it starts with us and our relationship with ourselves.?
For me, Kahlil Gibran says it best,
?"Let there be spaces in your togetherness, And let the winds of the heavens dance between you. Love one another but make not a bond of love: Let it rather be a moving sea between the shores of your souls."?
This week's quest is a quest for freedom from toxic relationships. The definition of toxic relationships in this context is one where you experience negative effects on your mental and emotional well-being
Words hold immense power in relationships, whether romantic or business-related. These relationships are built on the foundation of communication
The?BreakFearFindFreedom Podcast?recently had a series of shows with Osa Sjoberg who is on a Twin Flame journey. In these conversations, it became evident that sometimes, when the relationship becomes toxic, we have to love ourselves enough to walk away. A great question to ask ourselves in this situation is "Is this loving to me right now, at this moment?"

The Message In The Clouds
The Universe always delivers if we are aware of our surroundings and appreciate the present moment. On my walk today, I saw an elephant in the sky, it screamed the notion of communication in relationships with a perfect tie into the theme for this week’s newsletter. As life has it a perfect synchronicity. Sometimes it's hard to express our feelings to others because of fears of rejection or loss. But the longer we stay silent, the bigger the elephant in the room becomes. To avoid this, we should speak from the heart
Do you have an elephant in the room in one of your relationships?
What are you going to do about it? or not?
Thank you for sharing this space with me and for spreading the love.
Blessings until next week.
Carina
