Candidate been rejected because he was expecting high CTC---Didn’t your recruiter check that before scheduling Face to Face interview. Didn’t your recruiter have the information how far the candidate can negotiate?

We cannot go ahead with a Job Hopping profile---Didn’t your recruiter not aware not to process job Hopping profile as the company standards not allow Job Hopping profile?

We are currently looking for candidates who already playing a Lead role—Your profile is just a developer role---Didn’t your mention your recruiter to process only who played lead role.

Candidate came late for Interview---You are late Man and If…….

Candidate on Time for Interview---He / She been waiting for hours at Lobby—Why?—Manager is in meeting (Didn’t your recruiter given you an email interview Alert/Didn’t you recruiter know that candidate came all the way to Interview on busy office hours taking permission)

Hard Man to consider your profile with such Education Gaps---Couldn’t your recruiter enquire about it before scheduling a Face to Face Interview.

What do you know about Our Company?---Do you have any idea with how much prior notice your Recruiter scheduled an Interview. Didn’t she/he care how many interviews candidate will attend  per day and how many companies websites he can visit in busy week day.
