All the birds and creatures of the world are unutterably themselves. Everything is waiting for you.' Little did I know, as I embarked on my exploration of spirituality, that authenticity would become the focal point of my journey. Yet, it found me.
In the intricate tapestry of human connections, one enduring truth remains that people's perceptions are resilient, often impervious to the winds of change. No matter how tirelessly we work to transform ourselves, the image others hold of us seems, at times, etched in stone. EVen you start to accomodate few changes to fit into their shoes but this phenomenon sparks a dominoz effect, that leads to expectation of more change and than few more ...gradully after a time you may feel you have lost yourself and to our misery the profound reflection on the concept that people can never truly change your image, regardless of the Herculean efforts exerted.

Be it adopting healthier habits, refining communication skills, or seeking personal and professional growth, individuals strive for positive change.
