The Sleep-Wellbeing Connection
Good quality sleep is not just about avoiding grogginess in the morning. It's about giving our bodies and minds the time they need to restore and rejuvenate. Without enough sleep, our mental functions (like concentration and memory) can suffer, and our emotional resilience can be weakened, leaving us more susceptible to stress and burnout.
