Dear Friends,
I hope that you and everyone in your family have remained healthy during this unique situation we are facing. As you know, this has been a very challenging time for all small nonprofits, including Morrissey-Compton. Our mission is to serve children with learning differences regardless of their ability to pay in the form of educational diagnostic evaluations, therapy, and tutoring. We are anticipating that the needs of students may be the greatest this summer, after spending the last 10-12 weeks of the school year at home, particularly those with learning challenges. To meet this need, we have developed the Challenge Summer School Intensives, a series of intensive academic support programs operating this summer, to help students improve or maintain their academic skills. We know the need for these academic support programs is great, but we also anticipate that many families will need financial aid.
We appreciate all your support in the past, but now more than ever we need your generosity to help give back what our students lost during COVID-19. We are launching our Spring Appeal’s Month of Giving, perhaps our most important and critical fundraising appeal in the history of Morrissey-Compton.
We want to make the process of donating to Morrissey-Compton as easy as possible, here’s how to give:
- By Text. Simply text the word MCTOGETHER to 41444
- By Web. Visit Morrissey Compton and click on the Donate Button
Thank you in advance for your support!
Best Regards,
Julie Cavanna-Jerbic, Member Board of Trustees
