 I accidentally read the above article on facebook of my beloved boss and find true. People do not always like HR and we sometimes have no idea why they do not like us.

A German IT Director used to ask me why I choose to be an HR not other more interesting jobs. To him, it is HR's duty to fight for people's benefits and they have to say for and on behalf of others most of the time. Certainly HR are not able to win all arguments and no matter how many problems HR solve for people, HR will be complained if just one of them is not satisfied.

I totally agree with him that HR cannot always solve all problems because they are not Supermen. Just kidding. Actually HR tries to balance the organization’s benefits and employees’ benefits and tackle people’ issues in a most appropriate manner. Though HR is not always appreciated, I think what drives us most is positive changes we can make in our organization and issues we can solve or at least improve it in order to create a good employee journey for everybody.
