I attended the Southern Thunder BBQ Cooking School last year for their BBQ with the Pros class where I learned expert tips on how to smoke just about everything, and had such a fun time doing it! It's great for beginners as well as experts, with extensive hands-on prep, classroom instruction, Q&A... and, of course, eating some amazing BBQ!

If you're into smoking meat, or you know someone who is (and you can't think of what to get them for a gift), this is next-level hands-on instruction and coaching from a professional BBQ competition team right here in Atlanta (in Marietta, to be exact).
