Unmanaged Capabilities
Billions of people, billions of talents. We encounter some every day. Someone with many years of education and experience can be unemployed. Someone with a university degree and experience cannot work.
The most important thing that companies have is manpower. Today, there is human power in the success of companies that reach the top. If that manpower is not managed properly, failure will follow. Therefore, human resources units should work more carefully. Experience is very important. But adding new talents and new graduates to the company will increase your value. You can compare it to fresh blood. People donate blood to be healthy. When you give blood, the body immediately starts to produce new ones. White blood cells, red blood cells, platelets...
Since we are in favor of innovation, if we attach importance to innovation, then new graduates should be given a chance. What does the zero that we know from mathematics mean to you? It means ineffective. But it's about where you evaluate zero. If you put the zero to the right of 1, it gains value, but if you put the zero to the left of the 1, it becomes worthless. The important thing here is that you can evaluate your talents correctly.

When you go to a restaurant, the deliciousness of the food you eat affects you. But the most important thing here is the behavior of the waiter who presented this dish to you. One mistake of the waiter can destroy all the labor. The chef and cooks who prepare the food, the owner of the restaurant and other employees may lose value in an instant. Why? Just because of the behavior of a waiter. That's why the right staff is needed for the right job.
Now I want to give an example from myself. I have been an announcer for TV and radio for years. I have hosted many different programs. I worked as an Effective Communication and Drama Instructor. I did acting and voice acting. I am currently a Digital Media Manager. In the meantime, I learned design. I can use programs such as Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, PhotoShop well. I am a business graduate and have an MBA. And two days ago, I graduated from the University History Department. I can't do the job I want with so much experience and education. I applied to TV and Radios, but I can't get a response. I think talent should be managed. Existing capabilities can be further developed and an excellent workforce can be provided. It will be a more profitable investment to take a job and make it perfect than hiring a perfect person.
