In our fast-paced world, we often find ourselves struggling to keep up with tasks while maintaining a sense of purpose and balance. Recently, I delved into Dave Crenshaw 's course on Finding Your Productive Mindset, and it gave me an interesting insight to the power of our approach to productivity. Here are some key insights that I believe can help everyone enhance their productivity and achieve their goals from the course that I picked up.

1. Mindset Matters

Productivity isn't just about the tools we use; it's heavily influenced by our mindset. Viewing tasks through various "lenses" can deepen our understanding and reshape how we manage our time. Recognising why some people seem to have more time can offer valuable lessons for our own time management strategies.

Take a step back to consider your long-term goals. This broader perspective can free up valuable time for the activities that truly matter, enabling you to prioritise what aligns with your vision.

3. Make Time for Learning

Feeling perpetually busy is a common trap. By shifting from a short-term to a long-term mindset, we can prioritise learning and growth. Schedule dedicated time for self-improvement, treating it as a top priority rather than an afterthought.

4. Stop Perfectionism from Hurting Productivity
