10 Things That Don’t Require Any Talent
Talent is not everything when it comes to achieving success. Here are ten choices you can make daily, that require no talent but can make a monumental difference in your life. Finish this sentence in the comments section:? _______________ helps me bring my best self to work.
Self-Awareness is the first step to Leadership
“Mastering others is strength; mastering oneself is true power” - Lao Tsu
Self-awareness development is often overlooked in corporate programs, leaving many managers and leaders unaware of their own identities. However, it is crucial to understand oneself before professional development can take place. The fear of failure can be paralyzing, but it is important to recognize that this fear is not literal.
According to Patrick Lencioni there are 6 types of working genius.
According to Patrick every person has 2 working genius( mine is Tenacity and Galvanizing) , 2 working competencies and 2 working frustration (Wonder and Invention lol) . If we identify our genius and work mostly in our working genius, we will enjoy our work. and if we understand others working genius, we can manage our teams better.
Leadership can be defined in countless ways, and it is up to one to determine their style by reflecting on their interactions, responses, and how the world perceives them.
We should follow all these steps to create massive value. As a leader we need to pick a team who has all these geniuses to become successful.
Step 1: Ask a big questions? - Wonder
Step 2: Come up with solution – Invention
Step 3: Evaluate options – Discernment
Step 4: Inspiration to take action – Galvanizing

Step 5: Assistance for the project? - Enablement
Step 6: Pushing for results – Tenacity
Self-awareness gives a pathway to self management and creating worthwhile relationships. You will have a greater understanding of self, if your answers to these questions is "Almost Always or Always" and there is work to do if you answer is "sometimes" :)
Mistakes are meant for Learning
Making mistakes is a natural part of growth and development. Instead of dwelling on them, it's important to learn from them. If you keep repeating the same mistakes, you haven't truly learned from them. It's also important to share your newfound knowledge with others in your network so that they can avoid making the same mistakes. Remember, the two main takeaways from making mistakes are to learn from them and to spread that knowledge to help others.
Set a Daily Goal
Setting a daily goal gives you something to look forward to. From mundane tasks, and errands, to fueling your creativity, choose a goal that resonates with you. And my daily goal? Is to “Be better than who I was yesterday”. Reduce distraction and have traction in your life! To that end, what is the daily goal at the top of your mind? Share them in the comments section below.
