It opened my eyes to the true power of leadership development, building self-awareness that goes beyond traditional training. Yet, we often get so absorbed in daily challenges that we overlook our own well-being.

Unlike one-to-one sessions, this programme offered group coaching that transformed how we lead, think, and engage with our teams, peers, clients and connections. I initially thought I had a firm grasp on my leadership style—I could manage projects, streamline operations, and motivate my team. However, I didn't realise the personal toll of prioritising others' needs over my own, leading to burnout and a breakdown in full view of my colleagues.

For two years, I struggled with confidence issues, feeling unable to meet expectations, effectively handle minor issues, or motivate myself or my team. I did not know it at the time, but these sessions prepared me for my recovery and gave me the tools to allow myself to take stock, reset, figure out what is actually important, and start my recovery. Zeta's programme emphasised that self-care isn't a luxury but a necessity. By focusing on my own well-being, I was better equipped to lead with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Beyond the metrics—KPIs, budgets, deadlines—true leadership is about purpose, inspiration, and making a lasting impact. This shift in mindset has transformed my approach to work and how I define success.
