When it comes to AI, it lacks the resistance to change and executes based on what you prompt it to learn and how the algorithms are designed.It lacks emotions. When we look at the human, there is resistance to change or over reliance because of emotions. Resistance: fear, unknown, speed, anxiety, loss of familiarity. Excitement: lack of critical thinking, instant gratification, poor decision-making, weaker relationship and erosion of trust with customers, stakeholders and shareholders.
