Before we delve into your expertise in account management, we'd love to learn more about your background. Could you share with us your journey and experiences that have led you to where you are today?

Originally, I delved into finance and economics at the university (HSE x University of London), focusing on how traditional stock markets operate. In 2020, right after graduating, I joined CLS Global when advanced crypto market making was just becoming widespread. I have been studying and practicing in the crypto space ever since.

2. Market making is a vital function in the financial industry. Can you explain how your team ensures liquidity and smooth trading experiences for clients?

We have an experienced trading team familiar with exchanges and projects of different scales, taking into account the specific details of each client. Additionally, to ensure stable performance and meet clients' needs, we provide 24/7 coverage with night and weekend managers. Finally, over the last 3 years, we have spent numerous hours testing to improve our software, add new features, ensure security, and adapt to any trends or changes in the crypto industry.

3.With the crypto market known for its volatility, how does your team manage risk and ensure effective risk mitigation strategies for clients?

We constantly track market movements, both automatically and manually, to make any necessary adjustments in our trading strategy. All of our bots have various risk management parameters that we set up based on the clients' risk tolerance. Some clients are willing to absorb selling pressure during volatile times, while others prefer to preserve funds and let the price float organically.

4.What are some of the most notable successes or milestones you and your team have achieved in account management within the crypto industry?

Due to constant system improvements and team expansion, we have managed to maintain the average uptime of our bots at 97% and above, regardless of market conditions. Additionally, we were among the pioneers in developing a liquidation bot aimed at helping projects build their treasury. Lastly, we consider the trading performance of our clients as a fair indicator of our own performance, as we have had some projects progress all the way from Tier-B exchanges to Binance!

As mentioned earlier, we strive to follow current trends and continually develop our product to meet market demands. We prioritize relationships with our clients, staying in touch with them almost every day regarding both trading and non-trading related matters. Transparency and well-established relationships are the keys to successful growth.

Regarding technical aspects, we have recently introduced arbitrage bots to extract additional revenue streams for our clients, along with several other features, including an updated dashboard for live tracking of relevant trading information.
