This is one of the best articles on AI I have read, Bernd!! ?? ?? ?? Thanks for sharing! I especially like that you stress the fact that having a digital as well as an AI strategy is crucial to the success of any AI initiative. In my opinion AI is a tool that can support organizations in streamlining processes, reduce costs, increase revenues, etc. But it needs to be clearly defined what problem shall be solved prior to starting the endeavours to do so.
