Challenge # 2: Environmental exposure, including extreme weather variations, industrial chemicals, and fumes, accelerates the corrosion process in enclosures. This corrosion manifests through rusting and poses a significant risk to internal components by facilitating water seepage and dust accumulation, consequently jeopardizing the overall Ingress Protection (IP) rating of the system.


Response: At Bartakke, we have installed Henkel patented BONDERITE? Pre-treatment Coating Solution plant. BONDERITE? delivers enhanced corrosion performance of 1000 Hours of Neutral Salt Spray (NSS) on ferrous components.

This pre-treatment process generates no Heavy metals and Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs). The generation of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) is also greatly reduced making this process RoHS, ELV, and WEEE complaint.

Furthermore, the combination of BONDERITE? pre-treatment and advanced powder coating technology fortifies our enclosures, enabling them to endure even the harshest environmental conditions without succumbing to corrosion.
