12 个月This is such a crucial topic to discuss and I’m glad that mental health is less of a stigma then when I grow up. My mom was manic depressive and we never spoke about it however, it had a tremendous impact. We try to be very open with our children so they know that they can communicate and not feel guilt when they experience it challenges that may be beyond their control.
