1 年We often focus on speaking in a way that draws us closer to our listeners and inspires them to take action. The art or listening is truly an art and does not always come naturally. It has to be developed but it can be transformational for the one we are listening to. It shows we care. It tells the other person, "I value you and I care about what you are sharing. Tell me more." This is an area I keep working on because it's critical to the relationship building process. Looking forward to your event Harry ?? Spaight.

1 年I needed this. I had a call the other day. She was all in during my pitch, then she laid some pretty heavy personal issues on me. I backed off on closing her. I'm still wondering if I did the right thing.
