A day in the life

I reviewed a sales call with a client this week and noticed a common pattern - rushing to solutions before fully understanding the problem.

We built a simple but powerful questioning framework: start with problem discovery ("What's holding you back?"), then dig into impact ("How is this affecting revenue?"), and only then explore solutions. By sending their company story via video before the call, they freed up time to focus entirely on the prospect's challenges.
