- Range of Motion Exercises- Prescribe range of motion exercises for the joints to keep them mobile.
- Skin care and wound management- Educate patients and caregivers on proper skin care practices, including keeping skin clean, dry, and moisturized.
- Pressure Redistribution Techniques- Collaborate with wound care specialists to manage and treat bed sores, including wound debridement, dressing changes, and infection control. Also prescribe specific mattress for this.
