The subject of my world view first came to me when I bought Kingsley Moghalu Emerging Africa: How the Global Economy's 'Last Frontier' Can Prosper and Matter at the American corner Ibadan when he was campaigning for 2015 election. This has shaped how I see the world from an African economic perspective.

In the heart of London, I found myself leading a diverse team of tech enthusiasts from 3 different countries across different time zones. The team hailed from different corners of the globe, Germany, India, Nigeria, Brazil, and UK, each bringing unique skills, perspectives, and cultural backgrounds to the table. We were like a multicultural tech dream team.

As we gathered around a virtual whiteboard #miro to brainstorm ideas for our next project, I noticed something intriguing happening. Our varied backgrounds and experiences sparked a whirlwind of creativity. The brainstorming session was like a global feast of ideas, blending flavors from Africa, Asia, Europe, and beyond. You can imagine a soup cook with all Ingredients from various countries, it’s either going to be a disaster of a dish or a delicacy.

One of my team members, an immigrant from India, shared insights about efficient coding practices. Another, who had recently relocated from Nigeria, proposed a novel user interface design. The discussion was infused with innovation, driven by our diverse viewpoints.
