Our project team comprises members in Cork, Barcelona and remote locations. Operating within a multicultural, multi-site environment can pose challenges as different cultures bring unique attitudes and lifestyles to the table. Their Mission: Enhancing Digital Dialogue

Language Data Analyst's work within a research and development environment, contributing to the improvement of the AI models for all kinds of personal assistant software and devices in multiple languages. Currently we operate across 12 languages, including Arabic, Turkish, French, Brazilian Portuguese, Finnish and Norwegian.

A language Data Analyst needs a natural affinity for languages, along with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of diverse cultures, a familiarity with technology, and an unwavering willingness to embrace change. It’s a tall order, but we are proud to say that our team at TELUS International AI is filled with these amazing individuals. Our language teams (locales) receive invaluable support from a team of talented Language Leads, Project Leads and a Production Lead.

The responsibilities of a Language Data Analyst encompass tasks like creating, testing and reviewing data to train AI systems, ultimately providing a seamless user experience. By translating and localizing data, we make the possibilities more accessible to people around the world.
