Helps startup leaders reduce stress, gain clarity, and lead happier, more fulfilling lives
We all know the transformative power of habit-building.
To become the person we’ve always wanted to be, we have to build our identity from the ground up with a little daily practice.
And today I want to walk you through the best strategy to build habits that actually stick – because we all know how hard it can be to stay consistent (yes, even for me.)
Without further ado…
The only habit-building secret you'll ever need to create a life of health, wealth, and happiness is:
Accountability.
Accountability to yourself.
Accountability to friends/family.

Don't blame yourself for struggling to stick to a plan.
Building new habits is inherently challenging -- but when you build out 3 tiers of accountability to
You'll push through your discomfort and cement your habits in for life.

I hope you have a regenerative rest of the week and get the absolute most out of your days.
Gratefully,
