120 M is a specially designed and developed coating for expanded polystyrene

patterns.

It is pink in colour and can be diluted with water. It improves surface finish as well as dimensional consistency of iron and aluminium castings. The permeability and the composition of the coating is

specially designed to suit the application. It prevents

metal penetration and mould collapse.

Can be applied by brush, dip or over pour methods. Has uniform coating thickness. Easy remix ability and good thixotropic property.

120 M should be homogenously mixed before use.(Mechanical stirring is recommended. ) Dilute the coating as per your practices, (50 to 60 sec. baume is recommended) For thick coating layer numbers of thin layers are recommended. Each layer is to be dried below 50oC prior to next layer

120 M has 3 months shelf life.
