Unlocking Potential: The Role of Development Centres in Talent Enhancement

I write this as I reflect on being involved in a development centre for one of our clients, where my main function of the day was to be a role player in sales meetings, which was great fun.

As the employees, employer, and the Discovery team found value in this, I'd like to know if many organisations are aware of development centers and the value it adds to the workforce.

A development centre, often called a development or assessment centre, is a structured and comprehensive approach to evaluating and enhancing the skills, competencies, and potential of individuals within an organisation.
