I am delighted to share my recent article titled "Functional impact of non-coding RNAs in high-grade breast carcinoma: Moving from resistance to clinical applications: A comprehensive review." published in BBA Reviews on Cancer, Elsevier. This article delves into an important aspect of cancer research, specifically focusing on unlocking the potential of ncRNAs implicated in Triple-Negative Breast Cancers (TNBCs) - known for their high relapse rates and resistance to current therapies.
Understanding the functional impact of the intricate network of regulatory ncRNAs empowers us to develop targeted interventions that can potentially enhance the responsiveness of anti-tumor interventions. Moreover, the article discusses the challenges and opportunities associated with targeting resistance in these aggressive breast cancers enabling us to bridge the gap between resistance and clinical applications.
