1 年Super interesting read. In policy we see a cross over between process innovation and process optimisation. Developing new and improved processes to increase efficiency and using an analytical approach to existing models to optimise the new processes. It’s a less exciting, but less risky use of innovation. For me, real innovation is almost totally conceptual but the realities of that are pretty scary and takes some solid confidence and balls.
