The idea is to provide them with the 'Visual experience’ by pre-creating the ‘Space’ of enclosed surroundings like a home or an office, much before the final output. In this blog let us have a look at how Truminds is successful in making it possible with extensive capabilities & expertise in the latest cutting-edge technologies.

Truminds has developed an AR (Augmented Reality) based solution which allows users to create a 2D/3D model of the entire space which allows them to “browse” through the space, also providing an option to place objects on the model and visualize the space for themselves. This helps them have a realistic view of whether or not the space fits their vision/requirements from the comfort of their phones/computers.

From a buyer’s perspective, it eases the process of preparing accurate representations of the property by enabling them to simply walk through the space with their LiDAR-enabled phone and prepare a 2D/3D model of the space. The model also includes information about the objects present in the space making it a “digital twin” of the physical space. The solution makes it easier for both providers and users of physical spaces in residential and commercial sectors making it a win-win situation for everyone around.
