I am excited to share a powerful framework from Erich R. Bühler and Enterprise Agility University that encapsulates the key to sustained organizational growth - the "House of Enterprise Agility“.
Introduction:
Companies today need a holistic approach that balances and integrates multiple dimensions of value creation. This brings us to the TriValue Company Model. Developed by thought leaders in organizational agility, the TriValue Model provides a framework for simultaneously optimizing customer value, company value, and workforce well-being value. With the TriValue Model, organizations can develop the lasting capabilities needed to outperform competitors, delight customers and future-proof themselves against whatever the future may hold.

Expanding further on this let’s take a ?? Deep Dive into the Framework as I understand it:
At the base of this house is the Workforce Wellbeing Value. A solid foundation emphasizes the importance of a healthy, engaged, and motivated workforce. It is the bedrock upon which the entire organization stands, ensuring stability and resilience.
Customer Value and Company Value serve as the sturdy columns supporting the structure. These pillars represent the dual focus required for balanced growth:
? Customer Value: Ensuring that products and services consistently meet or exceed customer expectations, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
? Company Value: Driving internal excellence, efficiency, and innovation to maximize organizational performance and shareholder value.
The roof, comprising Always Ready, Always Innovative, and Always Responsive, shields and guides the organization:

? Always Ready: Preparedness for any unforeseen challenges or opportunities.
? Always Innovative: Continuous pursuit of new ideas and improvements.
? Always Responsive: Agility to adapt swiftly to changes in the market or environment.
? Spot Indicators (0-12 Months Outlook): These indicators provide short-term insights, helping organizations to react and adjust to immediate market conditions effectively.
? Futures Indicators (12-36 Months Outlook): These offer a long-term perspective, enabling strategic planning and positioning for future success.
And finally....
? The ultimate goal, symbolized at the top, is Shared Progress. This holistic approach ensures that advancements are not just confined to one area but are distributed across the organization, benefiting all stakeholders.
