They often project an aura of infallibility and may resort to condescension to assert authority. Their management style can be demanding, with little regard for the repercussions. While some may thrive in such a setting, this environment is less conducive to growth.
Type B: This professional radiates confidence and clarity in their role. They see potential in others and trust their abilities to deliver. They understand that challenges are part of the journey and view them as learning opportunities. Often serving as mentors, they guide their teams towards excellence, benefiting both the individual and the company. I am naturally drawn to these professionals as they foster an environment encouraging development and innovation.
