Build Trust and Relationships. It is a lot more obvious on how you can build trust and demonstrate value to active clients... it is more difficult to show this to prospective clients before you meet... especially in convenient ways for the clients. This is one of the main benefits of working with our virtual showings that get embedded in listings. You are adding value to the viewers on the listing, providing them information and in the process demonstrating your value and building connections.
