Have you ever wondered if food could be the key to healing your body? I certainly did when I embarked on my journey to combat Rheumatoid Arthritis, an autoimmune condition that had taken a toll on my life. The conventional medical treatments provided some relief, but I knew there had to be more to the story. That's when I discovered the remarkable potential of whole foods and Functional Medicine in transforming the landscape of autoimmune conditions.
I'm currently in the process of writing an online book about my 15-year journey with Rheumatoid Arthritis. In recent years, I've been focusing on my personal healing and transformation.
