A person who foolishly believes that lessons cannot be gained from others. In reality, even an unfortunate individual in life can impart a lifelong lesson, one that might take you years of schooling to grasp fully. I have always shown a keen interest and curiosity in others' experiences, for I truly believe that everyone has something fascinating to share, even if their life may appear very basic and uneventful.
WE were discussing an individual's commitment to work and how far someone would be willing to invest in their job. I was deeply engrossed in the conversation, as I had personal concerns about the topics, much like many others who are at the beginning of their professional lives. How far could YOU go in investing in your job? In terms of effort, money, sleep, time, and family sacrifices? It is indeed a question of central importance, the answers to which cannot be hastily given. Arguably, if we could provide convenient and precise answers, we would undoubtedly achieve a near-perfect balance in our lives. Our conversation concluded with these beautiful words:
“???? ????? ??? (??????) ??? ???? ??? ????” - "Be of help to others, and do not misuse your privilege."
The message is quite clear and straightforward, so to speak. Regardless of your profession—whether you're a teacher, engineer, police officer, or doctor—your primary concern should be benefiting people first, followed by anything else. And while doing so, one should not anticipate anything in return. This fosters empathy, mutual understanding, and social cohesion. Not to mention the feelings of pride and self-satisfaction that arise from performing your job conscientiously and with an active sense of responsibility.
Undoubtedly, one of the factors that contributes to happiness is having a genuine love for your job. Embracing your job with affection entails preserving your humanity and grace even during moments when you're not at your best due to mood swings, conflicts, or periods of low production. By 'humanity,' I refer to maintaining kindness and being helpful even when circumstances are not in your favor.
To conclude on a high note, I'd like to bring up the saying of
