Unlocking the Genius in Every Child — The UpTodd Journey

In 2015, three dedicated individuals united with a mission to transform children’s lives. As founders of an education-focused NGO, they recognized untapped potential in young minds, burdened by foundational gaps. This is the story of their journey, a quest to change the trajectory of thousands of children.

Problem

In our ever-evolving world, children face speech delays, limited socialisation, and the digital distractions that hinder their early development. Parents yearn for a brighter future for their kids, free from the struggles they themselves endured, but the modern age’s challenges complicate this aspiration.

Discovery

Meeting over 5000 parents and collaborating with experts unveiled a treasure trove of untapped potential in every child, waiting to be unlocked. The founders understood that children’s genius abilities could be lost without the right stimulation in their crucial first three years of life.

Then the turning point came when they met a team of top psychologists and experts from Harvard University, and AIIMS. Together, they understood: every baby is born with innate genius abilities. However, these abilities can be lost if the right stimulation isn't provided during the crucial first three years of life. From top sportspeople to musicians and tech professionals, every individual's capabilities were shaped by the experiences and stimulations they received during those critical early years.

Birth of Solution

Driven by this realisation, they embarked on a journey to support diverse families with infants aged 0–3, including underprivileged children. With a team of over 100 experts from IITs, AIIMS, MIT(US) & Stanford University, they formulated a program integrating renowned methodologies to stimulate brain development and provide crucial parenting guidance.

Realising the Potential

The outcome was a personalised solution that achieved extraordinary results. Babies from various backgrounds surpassed developmental milestones, showcasing their potential from an early age & achieving rewards. Program integrated techniques from globally recognized methodologies, including but not limited to - early stimulation from Glenn Doman, Montessori's emphasis on independence and exploration, Howard Gardner's theory of multiple intelligences from Harvard University, Waldorf's holistic approach, the Reggio Emilia Approach's focus on creativity, indigenous parenting and mindful parenting.

Birth of UpTodd

Officially launched in 2019, UpTodd quickly reached parents in 150+ countries by 2021. What began as WhatsApp communities evolved into a comprehensive program with advanced technology and well-researched tools to nurture the genius within every child.
