Yesterday at Hyper Island North America we had the huge honour and responsibility to kick off the 4th year of the #BeyondtheHashtag intrapreneurship program for 巴斯夫 . This year we are exploring the power of Planet Centric Design for creating digital business solutions. Thinking about the long term future of society, technology and the planet feels incredibly overwhelming but by using speculative future scenarios we have already seen how to emotionally engage teams with potentially abstract themes.

In today's rapidly changing world, we all face an increasing need to anticipate and adapt to future challenges. To thrive in this dynamic landscape, it is crucial to develop the core meta skills that enable us to navigate uncertainty, envision alternative futures, and make informed decisions.
