iFX EXPO: What do you think will be the highlight of the discussion and why should the audience attend it?
Elizabeth Rayment (YMM): The main takeaway for this panel will be to present and discuss how #brokers can successfully increase their connections with high-quality IBs and Affiliates including #BrokerDealers, Money Managers, Hedge Funds, Family Offices and Social Media Influencers. We will discuss how the approach to communicating with these individuals and companies is quickly changing. Of course, the traditional marketing methods we all have learnt to love are still important but to stay relevant, brokers need to keep up with today’s ever changing communication methods. Affiliates and IBs are becoming more and more active on social media channels and forums such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and Reddit. Importantly, we’re also working with Telegram, Discord and WhatsApp groups much more than we did 5 years ago. The main difference is how fast content and news is shared as well as how easily people can engage with each other in a much more informal manner than we used to.
Vince De Castro (OneRoyal): The beauty of these kinds of #marketing panels is that the audience gets to hear from multiple experts in the industry on the latest trends, new product offerings and industry updates. The highlight usually is the Q&A component of the discussion as the audience gets an opportunity to ask the panel questions about issues they are experiencing.
iFX EXPO: What are you looking forward to the most at iFX Expo?
Elizabeth Rayment (YMM): I’m excited to be starting 2023 with a bang – it’s great to have one of the biggest industry events to look forward to, and start the year off as we mean to go on. I’m also looking forward to networking with new and old faces. We’ll have our Dubai and London based YMM representatives at the expo again so we’ll be arranging meetings with companies who are looking for an agency that is specialised in providing marketing and PR support for financial services. Elizabeth Rayment (YMM): I started Your Mind Media (YMM) because I saw a gap in the market for a global PR and marketing agency that only focuses on financial services. YMM offers marketing support and consultancy for a variety of industries including Banking, FinTech, VC's, Crypto, NFT's, Web 3.0 and Forex/CFD brokers. Many marketing agencies take on business from all sorts of industries meaning they don’t specialize in any area. I’ve personally worked in marketing for financial services for over 10 years and everyone on our team has a finance background. We understand the complex nature and sensitivity of broadcasting a strong, effective and creative message in the right way.
