"It's the fear of losing control of technology!" “We are running on a skeleton crew, and don’t have the time to dedicate to new technology” While these concerns are valid, they're not the primary obstacle.

The real reason? It's a knowledge (skills) gap.

Imagine trying to navigate a bustling city with an outdated map. You might eventually reach your destination, but it'll be a frustrating and inefficient journey. Similarly, many hoteliers are trying to navigate the digital landscape without a clear understanding of the tools and technologies available.
