It’s not just about the technical skills you bring to the table but the way you contribute and how that sets you apart from others. This kind of feedback can help you identify blind spots and recognise strengths that you might otherwise overlook.
Think about the times when you’ve really shined in your role. What did you bring to the table? How did you approach problems or deliver results differently from others? These insights are the foundation of your PVP.

It’s not enough to just know your strengths—you also need to understand how they align with the needs of your business or industry. What challenges does your organisation face, and how can your strengths solve those problems? When your PVP aligns with organisational goals, you become a more strategic and indispensable asset to the team.

Once you’ve identified your strengths and how they align with business needs, it’s time to craft your narrative. Your PVP should communicate not just your technical skills, but also the way you think, the way you approach challenges, and how you deliver results.
