Since becoming HBDI? certified in 2010, by HERRMANN INTERNATIONAL EUROPE FR , I have conducted more than 200 individual profile debriefs, each lasting a minimum of 3 hours, and more than 70 team profile coaching sessions, for 10 to 50 people, each spanning a minimum of 3 days. These sessions, conducted across EMEA and the US, have been incredibly enriching.

Through these coaching experiences, I have learned that every individual and team has unique strengths and areas for growth.
