Unlocking the AI Renaissance: The Rise of Micro-Alliances in the Second Age of Information
ANSWER: Deep partnerships between ultra small domain-specific experts collaborating to share revenue as the industry standard. ??????

QUESTION: What will be the biggest revolution in the age of AI?
Yea, yea, yea. If you checked my profile you might be saying, this guy is too young, but I assure you I am old enough to remember Carson on the Tonight Show and his Carnac shtick. Don't believe me, check the receipts. ?? For those unfamiliar with his gag, do yourself a favor and quickly search for it. It was a classic running joke and quite entertaining.
But there is a first principle thought in this Carnac response to the AI revolution that's not being talked about, almost at all.
Information Age in Two Parts
Part 1: was all about technology "buy-in" to get connected on a global scale and increase productivity through tech intervention. We found digital parities for our manual processes to make our lives —um, quicker? easier? better? I don't remember the initial sales pitch. Probably cheaper. But it worked. Things got nicer. (generally)
We are now in the second phase of the age.
Part 2: Enter the AIs. In comes a technology that says, "Hey, I'm going to scan and classify all this data you created for ~20yr. Just shove it in my mouth, and I'll chew on it and spit out a model, its kinda like a "filter". I'll spit that out in a nice format for you to store and I'll use it later. This is going to help me predict what you need me to say, do, or create based on things you ask me. I'll be able to?infer?from your natural language what you need from me."

It is really amazing stuff. But this act is still playing out, so I hope you have enough popcorn and soda pop. ????
But hold on, stay with my stream of thought. What I really want you to focus your attention to is Later. Like, later later, but not as far forward as you think — like 1-3 yrs. When we can augment everything we need to get done with the power of our second brain, our mindset will shift. And that psychological shift will cause our aspirations, intentions, and, subsequently, our business structures to shift. We will break apart into smaller and smaller units to get the same work done. Why? Because money??. That's always why. It will be undeniably cheaper and faster. I'm speaking in broad strokes now, but this can apply to just about every industry. If you think deeply, you also already know how it will change. You're witnessing the shift in real time if you don't get too swept up in the daily AI marketing maelstrom.
The Catalyst
People don't want to work. Yeah, I just said that. Not just a few people, Lots of them. 40% of the potential labor force has rejected?classical employment. It's been heating up for a while now. Wage inequalities, strict policies, and unnecessary expectations by employers are significant contributors. Many people are resolving to opt out of the classic labor force -- for good. Essentially they're communicating, "Hey, I don't wanna play in your sandbox anymore. My skills are valuable and I'll find my own way to make a living."
This is really interesting to pay attention to because it adds even more fuel for an AI-driven future. Existing enterprises NEED AI to replace jobs that can't be filled. And entrepreneurs NEED AI to get the same work done as bigger, richer counterparts to be competitive.

This has a more profound democratizing effect; the entrypoint to building a small brand has become easier. In previous generation it took a large teams of people with various specialty skills to get a business going and keep it running. But when those classic models condense into smaller units due to AI, new, never-before-imagined business models will pave the way for myriad one or two-person shows to become the norm, not the exception. This is why the next revolution will be in how we partner to deliver products, services, and, most of all, experiences like never before.
Other key innovations, lateral to AI, will help lead this movement; if you don't know what they are, it's time to start researching. I love talking about this area because only a few people are tuned in. ?? If you are interested to discuss where I see this all headed, come drop into my DMs, and let's chat.
PS:??Relax. This is an informal free-form communication based on my own ideas and observations. The thought process is more important than the means.
