Hi Tara Murney ...personal growth is well ...its so personal & unique isn't it! But there are some basic places to start ...and these 16 ideas are a good starting point. I encourage people to show self compassion, and to be patient. Shelf the comparisonitis behaviour, and quit comparing the beginning of their journey to someones middle - or end. cheers!
