Effective two-way communications with others and with ourselves often is critical to discovery and key to unlocking our full potential. To unlock our full potential for business relations and earning capacity, I have learnt that continuous personal development and reflection is key. As long as we are committed to learning, and collaborating with others, delegate task that we are not skilled at to hone and save our energetic focus on what we want to be good at current point of time, we can align our growing, learning and earning abilities for ourselves, our clients and our business.

How often do we contact our clients to learn about what they are doing and in turn educate them about what you are doing to keep relevant and up-to-date about their business goals and challenges? Are you aligning your own business and service offerings with your customers growing needs? How often should we connect in person or online? Is once a year enough? It all depends on their needs and if you are part of their value creation and servicing plans. Quarterly, monthly or even fortnightly for R&D purposes would be key for successful customer engagement.

Sales and consulting occurs when we ask the right questions, and effective two-way communications and learning occurs. 

For Revive Me Marketing, I have been working with a Business Consultant and define our point of difference in service proposition with this methodology:

1) Discovery: Inquiry and assessment of current digital marketing capability, define opportunity and gaps. (Training and facilitation or direct service proposal)

2) Undertake: Set up and undertake digital marketing plans and actions on web, content, social media and video marketing (Online marketing actions)

3) Grow: Select and offer Smart and emerging technologies and Marketing automation solutions with programs (Automate)

I agree Rosalina, except it is a bit hard if you are in Singapore and I am in Antarctica, for example.
