??Nature has this amazing effect on us as it has solutions to almost all our problems. From physical problems to mental health issues, nature is the best solution. A lot of people have agreed having a better mood after spending time with nature.
Now, close your eyes for a minute, take a breath, put on your shoes (bare feet are preferable if you are comfortable), take a walk, and ditch your smartphone.
A bad sleep is the actual nightmare one can experience during the day. It has a lasting impact on your whole life and improves the chances of stress and chronic depression. I get it there are times when you can't sleep overthinking all night about your problems and the things that worry you, scrolling through social media, sleeping too late and waking up cranky the next morning. It is a vicious cycle. I ditched my mobile as a part of my bedtime routine and replaced it with a practice that significantly improved my sleep quality.
Either in the morning or evening, whenever you have time or when you need to calm your mind, organise your thoughts, and meditate. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes have a guided video or audio if you prefer and just breathe for 5 minutes in the beginning. Meditating in the night before sleep for merely 10 minutes can clear your mind and give you a peaceful sleep.

Doing intermittent fasting for at least 12 hours, changing your usual diet to raw vegan, and engaging in at least 1 hour of lifting, HIIT, or any physical activity of your choice every day can improve your mental well-being and physical health. Start small by incorporating clean fruits instead of processed snacks, gradually schedule your fast food intake, and work on preparing your favourite meals from scratch.
The change happens from within you. All you have to do is start, be consistent and mainly believe. Your happiness and the life you desire are within reach—unlock them today.
