1. Business Development Manager:?


Role Overview: As a Business Development Manager at Lunar Digital, you'll play a pivotal role in driving new business development through a variety of strategies. Your primary focus will include outbound prospecting, leveraging existing relationships, utilising outbound marketing and social media, and working consultatively to deliver cutting-edge colocation and connectivity solutions to new clients. Your mission? To deliver signed revenue throughout the entire sales cycle process.?


Main Responsibilities:?

  • Develop your pipeline through proactive phone, email, and social media prospecting.?
  • Generate qualified leads while leveraging the inside sales executive to explore promising verticals.?
  • Create strategic campaigns to increase brand awareness.?
  • Conduct physical data centre tours for prospective clients.?

  • Utilise the marketing team to generate pipeline.?
  • Set and attend face-to-face customer meetings.?
  • Achieve monthly targets and complete key performance indicators.?
  • Develop a strong understanding of customers' core objectives and challenges.?
  • Regularly maintain the CRM and provide necessary sales reports.?

Skills and Experience:?

  • 2-3 years' previous experience in new business acquisition or account management in technology sales.?
  • High-volume phone contact experience is essential.?

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving targets.?
  • Good technical understanding or willingness to learn quickly.?
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.?
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.?
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity.?

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?
  • Driving license and own vehicle.?

Role Overview: As a Senior Business Development Manager, your focus will be on driving new HPC colocation (High-Performance Compute) business development. You'll leverage your extensive existing relationships with hyperscale operators, MSPs, ISPs, VARs, and global carriers to target strategic multi-rack opportunities within Lunar Digital's Manchester-based data centre portfolio.?


Main Responsibilities:?

  • Identify and develop strategic new business opportunities from existing key relationships.?
  • Expand Lunar Digital's profile and reach to deliver significant revenue.?
  • Build cross-functional strategies for long-term growth.?

  • Track emerging markets and trends.?
  • Propose and develop strategic partnerships.?
  • Research and identify new markets.?
  • Provide advice on product development and distribution.?
  • Fulfil requests for proposals (RFPs) from potential partners and customers.?

  • Generate qualified leads and create strategic campaigns.?
  • Conduct physical data centre tours for prospective clients.?
  • Utilise the marketing team to increase brand awareness.?
  • Set and attend face-to-face customer meetings.?
  • Achieve monthly targets and complete key performance indicators.?

  • 8-10 years' previous experience in new business acquisition or account management in data centre colocation sales.?
  • Experience in AI/Deep Learning/Machine Learning-driven colocation preferred.?
  • Experience in working multi-rack/cage or suite colocation opportunities.?
  • Knowledge of connectivity and internal workings.?
  • Excellent record of consistently achieving targets.?

  • Experience of working with hyperscale operators or large MSPs.?
  • Good technical understanding or willingness to learn quickly.?
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity.?
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?
  • Driving license and own vehicle.?
