Did you know that not all networking companies are created equal?

It’s true!

And what I tend to hear all the time is:

“We have the best compensation plan.”

OR

“We have the best trips out of any company out there.”

OR

“Nothing compares to how amazing our upline is.”

OR

“We have the best products on the market.”

I hate to burst your bubble…

BUT…? everyone is saying this about their company.

And I mean everyone!

So how would you sift through all of the conflicting data and discover a company that fits and is aligned with you?

I’m going to share 5 things that I think are vital if you want to experience the business of your dreams.

And let me just point out…

Just because you choose one company, doesn’t mean you have to always stay there or just be with just that 1 company (having all your eggs in basket just does not make sense financially) in my opinion. However, from my experience it sucks and hurts to start completely over after having built your organisation.

So, choose wisely when you get started.

5 Things to Look For When Choosing a Network Marketing Company

1.??Online Marketing Strategies

What I’m going to share with you is what is absolutely needed to succeed in today’s world.

When I chose my first networking company, I jumped right in feet first (yeah, I know I was daft). I had no idea what to expect or what I needed to do to grow my business. I was a complete newbie in network marketing. In fact, I had no idea I was joining a network marketing company. Yeah, I was very naive. And this is what I was taught:

·????? Make a list of 100 people!

·????? Home parties

·????? 1-1 B2B meetings

·????? Speak with anyone and everyone!

·????? Cold prospecting

·????? Post product pics on social media

·????? Post about joining my team.

It goes on and on...

All offline tactics taken online. Guess what! doesn’t work like that.

I found out the hard way.

So, my advice and in my experience find a team that has a proven track record of building online using online attraction marketing strategies. A team that has 100% proven duplicatable and rejection free training systems, mentorship and accountability.

This is the only way to build and grow a network marketing business in the online world.?

2. Affordability

Now, I want you to understand this. Affordability has to be a key thing to look for when thinking of joining or moving network marketing companies.

Some companies claim to be free to join but pressure you to buy products later. Others require costly starter packs or ongoing product purchases to stay active. Seek opportunities that are affordable, allowing you to earn without breaking the bank.

I really want you to understand the importance of affordability.

You need an opportunity that is affordable to many. An opportunity that sparks excitement in which you can remain active without the hefty price tag, one that allows you to remain at your rank when achieved without the purchase of extra products and an opportunity that you can still earn without spending HUGE amount of money. It’s a win win all round.

3. What Kind of Sponsor Will You Have?

I didn’t give any thought into this when I was researching my first Network Marketing Company.

Absolutely, None! Why, because I joined my sister-in-law!!!

As a result, I found myself in a strange situation.

My sister-in-law was fairly new and literally taught me what she was taught and she had never built a business on social media before.

So, I turned to the people above her. Although they were doing well, their strategies were to take offline building and put it into practice online. Again, just repeating what they had been taught.

These strategies were not duplicating, and I felt at odds as to what to do.

So, I began my own research and got training from experts with proven track records of building online successfully.

Although this training has been outstanding and the way I wanted to build my business it found me unwanted in my team and we parted company.

Not somewhere you want to be.

So, take it from me, do some research on the person you are looking to join.

·????? What kind of track record do they have?

·????? Do they stick with things?

·????? What kind of upline do they have?

·????? Do they care about other people?

·????? Do they have training?

·????? Do they keep you accountable?

·????? Do they have proven 100% duplicatable online training systems and strategies?

·????? Do they teach rejection free recruiting?

·????? Do they teach automation, funnels, advertising?

·????? Do they teach online marketing?

This will tell you if you are entering into the best network marketing team for you.

If you aren’t sure of the answer to these questions, you may want to consider more closely who you are joining.

You may want to consider following them or jumping on a zoom call to find out more information.

Don’t let your business with a company be jeopardised by not doing your research.

Trust me when I say, it doesn’t feel good!

4. Compensation Plan

Oh boy!!! This is probably going to ruffle a few feathers; however, you need to have a company that offers a compensation plan that works for everyone and not just the ones at the top.

Look for a plan that rewards all types of contributors, whether you're focused on product sales, recruitment, or a combination of both. Some compensation plans, like power lines and forced matrices, offer unique advantages that can accelerate your growth. Understanding these plans can be a game-changer for your income potential.

5. Does the Company Fit in with Your Brand?

This is not something I considered when I first entered into the industry.

In fact, I didn’t even understand personal branding when I first got started.

However, I wish I had.

You see my first company was a fragrance and skin care company.

And that’s all well and good, but I’ll be the first to say that although I look after my skin, and I love to wear perfumes it is NOT my first love.

So, finding my forever home was AWESOME!?

It fit right into how I viewed myself as a brand.

Your brand should reflect you first and foremost.

So, the best Network Marketing Company needs to represent you, your r brand.
