Unlock the Secret to Delivering Real Results: Our Proven Method

Tried lots of things to get back on track with your fitness goals but never quite stuck to anything?

This is because you weren’t enjoying the process or found it too challenging to follow.

And when we find something too hard to follow what are most of us going to do? Give up!

So what if you found something that you were able to do for the rest of your life without having to restrict yourself from anything?

Sound too good to be true I hear you say. Well by following my MNM Method I was able to see results like the picture below in just a matter of months.

Here is the MNM Method that I use to not only get my clients the results they are after but also make sure they sustain them for as long as possible.

  1. Movement - I start each of my clients up with a form of exercise they enjoy like walking or running for 15-30 minutes per day or as many days as possible that fits in with their schedule. This helps them get consistent and empowers them to achieve more.
  2. Nutrition - This is where most coaches would give their clients a strict meal plan to follow and tell them unless they follow it they won’t see any results! I don’t look at nutrition this way. I see food as fuel and each time we are feeding our body we are either feeding disease or fighting it. We want to make sure that at every meal we are doing our best to fight disease by feeding it with nutrient-dense, low-processed foods as much as possible. And yes of course there is still room for pizza and burgers sometimes!
  3. Mindset - I believe this to be the most important, as without growing and upgrading your mindset everything else won’t work. I get my clients to work on building a growth mindset and changing their relationship with health and fitness. Instead of looking at exercise and eating better as something you “have to do” what if you looked it as you “get to” This one shift has seen many of my clients see the results they had tried to get for years in just a matter of months. This then sets them up for being able to sustain everything they have learned during our 12 weeks together.
