October has been a whirlwind of growth, learning, and connection!?
I had the privilege of attending and sponsoring the Capital Coaches Conference (CCC) in D.C., where I engaged with some of the brightest minds in the coaching world.
Not only did I have the pleasure of leading the opening session: Connect, Collaborate, Elevate: Intentional Breakfast Conversations, but I also met several amazing people, including the lovely Zaimah Khan , an IFC-Certified Coach and author of the amazing book Future Minded: Preparing Today’s Youth for Tomorrow’s Workplace.??
The event was packed with insights, from AI’s role in the future of coaching to fresh perspectives on the tools we need to stay ahead. I particularly loved sessions that reinforced the importance of continuous learning—whether exploring cutting-edge technologies or simply getting timely reminders on how to elevate our work as coaches and consultants.
But there was something that really struck me during the two-day event: the number of coaches and consultants who feel stuck—juggling purpose with profitability and struggling to stand out in today’s crowded market.?
This got me thinking.?
As coaches, consultants, and purpose-driven entrepreneurs, we all reach a moment where we ask ourselves: “Am I truly making the impact I know I’m capable of?”
